CPT_01 Turbine gas meter for non-fiscal use

The turbine meter exploits the principle of proportionality between the quantity of gas passing through the meter and the number of rotations of the turbine. A mechanical/magnetic transmission system operates the metering unit, installed at the top of the meter, which shows the volume of gas flowing in the operating conditions. The high precision of the bearings, the precise tolerances of all measuring parts and the application of a flow conditioner with specific features minimise pressure drops. The measuring cartridge is separated from the outer body so it is foreign to any mechanical stresses due to imperfect flange alignment and it is fully replaceable.

• Built-in flow conditioner as standard
• Sizes from G 40 DN 40 to G1600 DN 200
• Flow rates: 6 ÷ 2500 mÑ/h
• Rangeability: 1:20 Standard; different ratios on request
• Pressure ranges from PN 16, PN 20 and ANSI 150
• Minimal pressure drops
• High measuring accuracy and stability over time.
• Steel or GGG40 housing, compact and sturdy construction. Aluminium impeller.
• Suitable for outdoor installation IP66/67
• Horizontal or vertical position
• The meters are equipped as standard with 2 low-frequency pulse generators (reed contact)
• HF high-frequency pulse generators (NAMUR) can also be installed on request
• Temperature range: gas temperature -20°C / +60°C – room temperature -25°C /+70°C
• Measuring accuracy: Qt ÷ Qmax < ±1.5% Qmin ÷ Qt < ±3.0%
