picoELCOR Smart meter with integrated volume conversion and transmission module

PicoELCOR is a new line of integrated SMART membrane meters. These meters with an electronic display, integrate volume conversion, the data logger and the GSM/GPRS/SMS modem with a mechanical membrane gas meter.

A solid mechanical design and proven deformable-wall gas meter technology, combined with a powerful microprocessor with high processing capacity, ensures optimal operation of both software and hardware over time.

Power is provided by 2 independent lithium batteries, one for the metrology part and the other for the modem. A battery pack with increased capacity is also available on request for transmission (life > 10 years (*))

All batteries can be replaced on site, even in a hazardous area, without breaking the metrology seals.

The converted volume is calculated from the precise measurement of temperature and pressure, using the PT or PTZ conversion formula. The pressure and temperature sensors are built into the body of the gas meter.

The LCD display shows the measured values in continuous rotation, and a simple two-button keypad allows for the easy management of the meter for data reading and basic configuration.
